Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of catalyticprice.com (the "Service"), operated by Catalytic Price, Inc., 131 Continental Dr, Suite 305, Newark, DE 19713, USA ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to them.

1. What the Service is

The Service is a reference catalogue of used catalytic converters with indicative buying prices. Prices are estimates per piece, calculated from current precious-metal markets and our own assessment of each reference. They are not an offer to buy. The final price is set only after the physical unit has been inspected at one of our partner buying points.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 and give true details. One account is for one person; sharing a login, reselling access or creating accounts automatically is not allowed. You are responsible for keeping your password and authenticator secure. We may limit the number of devices signed in at the same time.

3. Plans and payment

Free accounts include one priced search per day. Paid plans are billed in US dollars through Stripe; card details are handled by Stripe and never reach our servers. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in the billing portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. See the Refund Policy.

4. Fair use

Unlimited plans are for one person's normal use. Automated access, scraping, copying the catalogue or its photos, or republishing prices without written permission is forbidden and may lead to suspension without refund.

5. Selling

Quote requests are not binding on either side. When you bring or send material, you confirm that you are its lawful owner or authorised to sell it, and you will be asked for identification as required by the law of the country where the buying point operates. Material that does not match the description is re-priced; you may accept the new price or take the material back.

6. Intellectual property

The catalogue, its structure, prices and photos are ours. You may use them for your own business decisions only.

7. Liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for decisions taken on the basis of indicative prices, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes and termination

We may change these terms with notice on the Service. You may close your account at any time under Account → Profile.

9. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
