Catalytic Price, Inc. is responsible for the personal data processed by catalyticprice.com.

What we collect

• Account data: name, e-mail, country, optional company, activity and phone number.
• Security data: hashed password (scrypt), encrypted authenticator secret, signed-in devices (browser, IP address, last activity).
• Use data: searches you make (to count your plan's searches), favourites, alerts, quote and photo requests including the photos you upload.
• Billing: handled by Stripe; we receive your Stripe customer reference and plan status, never your card number.

Why

To provide the Service and your plan, keep accounts secure, prevent abuse and scraping, answer your requests, and meet legal obligations.

Sharing

Quote and photo requests are shared with the partner buying point that handles them. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. We do not sell personal data and we use no advertising trackers.

Retention

Account data is kept while your account is open; search logs for 24 months; security logs for 12 months. When you delete your account, personal data is removed or anonymised within 30 days except where the law requires us to keep it.

Your rights

You may access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to processing. Contact [email protected]. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
